PAYMENT DETAILS
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer through the registration system.
Please note that if you choose payment by credit card, the payment must be completed immediately in order to finalize your registration.
If you select payment by bank transfer, the payment can be made within 5 days from registration, and you may proceed with your registration process before completing the transfer.

SELECTION CRITERIA
PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED TO 120 REGISTERED PEOPLE
• The primary criteria for selecting participants will be their willingness to present their research. Thus, abstract submission is mandatory through the workshop website (with the exception of PI attending together with up to 2 collaborators already submitting abstract).
• To encourage networking among participants at different career stages we will balance the participation of trainees, recently established PIs and established scientists.
• We will include participants from academia, clinical medicine and industry, to facilitate the exchange of novel ideas and to foster collaborations and career opportunities for trainees and junior Pis.
• To allow the maximum number of groups to be represented, we may consider limiting participants to 3 members of the same group (PI not included).

Abstracts should not exceed 250 words (excluding title, authors’ names, and affiliations).

Each registered participant may submit only one abstract. Submissions of the same abstract by different delegates will not be accepted.

All accepted abstracts will be included in a digital abstract book, available online only.

Any changes to the already submitted abstracts are possible only by writing to Federica Sossella (federica.sossella@mzevents.it)

Please ensure that the abstract is in its final form for publication. If selected, it will appear exactly as submitted. The accuracy and quality of the content are the sole responsibility of the authors.

By submitting an abstract, the first (presenting) author grants permission for the abstract—whether selected for oral presentation, poster, or not—to be published in the digital abstract book on the event website.
